Check Emails: I feel it is important to accomplish this task first thing in the morning. Before I go to bed, I try to have a rough idea of what needs to be done the next day. If I have received an email that needs my attention, it's nice to know about it early so my schedule can be adjusted. Current Events: By scanning several different news sites, I can stay on top of events that may have an effect on my Network Marketing business. It also gives me some ideas of what I would like to share on my blog that day. Besides, it feels good to stay informed. Process Applications and Orders: The best part of my day is bringing a new associate into my business. We all remember the excitement we felt when we first started in the Network Marketing industry. We were full of hope at the possibility of becoming a successful business owner. Staying on top of orders for products and services is a very important task also. Post To My Blog: I try to come up with an informative blog post each day. I will admit some days are easier than others. By tying in the currents events that I read earlier in the day, it keeps the posts fresh and interesting. Prepare For Tomorrow: At the end of my workday, I jot down a rough outline of the tasks for the next day. Organizing my workspace will make it easier to flow through my checklist. The name of the game with checklist is repetition. You what the items on the list to become second nature. As you can see, your checklist does not have to be long. Decide what tasks are important enough that you feel the need to complete them every day. You can also make adjustment as you get used to working with the checklist. Just as in aviation, before long you will have the items committed to memory. We always consult the checklist just to make sure. Give it a try for a couple of weeks. My guess is that you will like the structure a checklist can bring to your daily lives.
Format the checklist. Sure, you could simply post the checklist on your website. But a little extra effort on the design front can make your checklist feel more special and valuable. If you don't have graphic design resources in_house, your copywriter should be able to recommend a qualified designer. Distribute your list. Once you have the finished checklist, it's time to get it in the hands of your prospects. Consider adding it as a downloadable PDF to your website, e_mailing it to your mailing list, sending it along with a sales letter, writing about it on your blog and even issuing a press release to announce its availability.
