Last year while visiting a cool book store i stumbled upon a photobook by Joakim Eskildsen. I had never heard of him before, and now i’ll never forget. The Roma Journeys is a multi year project taking Joakim and his partner Cia across seven countries tracing the lives of the Roma people. I didn’t have the money to buy the book, but you can see why i just fell in love with it. Make a trip to Joakim’s site, and grab the book if you ever find it.
