I did a bit of searching after your comment jogged my memory of a Hollywood film I saw as a child, called 'Nine Hours to Rama' starring Horst Bucholz as Godse. I found a clip and it's clearly a still image from that flick that some fan clipped from a newspaper and saved....and which unfortunately wound up here.
